The Companies Commission of Malaysia has enhanced its initiative to register Sabah-based businesses under its Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) to protect consumers’interest. However, in Sabah, entrepreneurs who want to register a business is required to register under the Sabah Trades Licensing Ordinance 1948 with the local authorities or at any District Council Office.
